SBB Ticket Refund Question

I bought a point-to-point ticket 3 weeks ago valid for 1 month, and will no longer be using it. Does anyone know if SBB refunds you at all for the 1 week?
It takes a while for me to get to the SBB office so would like to save myself the trip if someone knows the answer to my question.

You can check the FAQ and scroll down to see if you are eligible for a refund

Re: SBB Ticket Refund Question

So you are saying 3 of the 4 weeks have alrady passed? If that is the case then its not even worth bothering since any admin fee would eat up the remaining amount its only worth trying if you are not using the majority of the valid ticket

Re: SBB Ticket Refund Question

Same question for SBB annual pass - if after 6 months I buy a car and don't need public transport anymore am I eligible for refund or I lose the money completely? In the FAQ it doesn't answer that directly so I am guessing not, but could use some first hand experience.
