Scooter Hire in Basel Mulhouse or Saint Louis

Does anyone know of Scooter Hire place either in Basel or Saint Louis....could even nip upto Mulhouse...

Just want to explore a little without a car...

Saying this it'll rain this weekend lol

Doesn't the train go up to Mulhouse?? I suggest Colmar if you're heading that direction beautiful place.
