Given that the unseasonal weather is absolutely and definitely coming to an end this week, who has their winter tyres on already?

I find that the Swiss tend to get their tyres done all at the same time, making it a nightmare. I usually wait until it's far too late and then never have trouble getting an appointment...

My husband did both cars on Saturday with the help of our 5 year old who I am sure only wanted to help to see just how dirty he could get!

I'm booked in next week (1st time in Switzerland).

So long as I beat the first snow (and the big rush of everyone else...)

Ok, just in case this ends up in a duplicate discussion I just wanted to point out to everyone that if you have questions about winter tyres etc, we have a couple of threads running already.

I wont bother just yet I think its still to warm no -15s for it to settle on the road and freeze. But I will be putting the skis in for a sevice, Jan will soon be here. But they do say winter tyres work better than summer tyres bellow 10 Deg.

Mark I used to leave it to late like you, and get the look is this guy real asking to fit Winter tyres in a snow storm, Its got to be worth doing just for the wind up value.
