End of three year lease and expertise being billed

Hi would be grateful for some advise.

I have a Golf 1.4 TSI Team with under 12,500 km coming up to the end of it's three year lease at the end of this week. When talking about handing it back the salesperson initially said I might be eligible for a credit over the 17,000 buy back due to the low km's, since rescinded (but made well after eurchf change). Other than one tiny shopping trolley ding (which they want chf 200 for) it is immaculate having spent most of it's time sitting in a garage.

I can't find my contract but they say they want an additional chf 300, as the car will be three years old, 'for the expertise'. I can understand the rest but is this normal.... before I start asking for copy contracts?

Thanks

What does it really say? In German.

It's probably some admin fee. But I have never been charged anything.

Re: End of three year lease and expertise being billed

Resolved as after sending them a copy of TCS website which clearly states four years before an inspection (expertise) needed they agreed to drop the CHF 300 fee they were trying to charge me for handing a three year old car back:

"On our document they write 3 years but I checked it right now with the guy who checks the cars. He told me also 4 years."

Hmmm....
