Re: Windshield broken in inside

that white spot at black tint, a little bit of glass fell of with the mirror

they put glue or whatever to a metal piece and stuck to the windshield, the worst problem is my first car in CH, only have it one week, and the stand doesnt give garanty of the car.

Re: Windshield broken in inside

The vignette should be affixed a bit higher.

I know you're trying with your photos, but it really isn't clear what the problem is ...... and now we're getting flash flare.

If you need to know about your insurance cover - ask your insurers.

Why are you asking us? Ask your insurance company.

You bought a car from a garage without any kind of guarantee?!?

From the pictures it looks like the mirror came detached, not the glass broken. The mirror has probably been added recently, possibly because of windshield replacement.

What car is this??

Re: Windshield broken in inside

I doubt the glass is broken, (very much doubt!), it's probably some glue residue on the glass

There is glue specific for windscreen's, it dries fairly quickly & sets solid in a few hours so probably epoxy sort of thing.
