In Canton Jura it is illegal to use your blinker unless you are not actually going to do what your blinker indicates.
errr....... why else would you use the "blinkers"

You can use them (in true trucker fashion) as a thank you to someone behind you, who, for example, has let you merge in front of them: couple of blinks left, then a couple right and finally a couple more left ..... and all the time, you're just driving straight ahead - weird, eh?.

Or as in 'I haven't got a clue what to signal at a roundabout, when I'm just going straight ahead': "better indicate left, because I'm not turning right at the first exit ... eek, now I have indicate right because the second straight-ahead exit is what I need" ...... "ah - so busy fiddling with the indicator stalk that I forgot to notice the car in front stopping abruptly to let someone cross on the crossing that some dumb wuckfit positioned immediately after the roundabout".

Some of my bikes have blinkers, and some don't (they can legally be removed here), so if the bake has them, I use them, if it doesn't, I don't.

Tom
Have you got a lot of bikes? I never knew. What a bore.

Careful, Tom is rather sensitive about his bike collection.
