motorcycle drive license

Hello everyone,

I am interested to make the drive license for motorcycles for 125cc, the categorie A1.
I already have the categorie B since 2008 (made in Portugal).
Does anyone knows what to I have to do?

Re: motorcycle drive license

Buy a provisional driving license. Buy a 125cc bike. Get lessons from a driving school.

Yes Strassenverkehrsamt.
CHF 40.00 + CHF 15 for sight test at any Canton of Zurich optometrist + passport photo.

Here the application form:

Re: motorcycle drive license

After you take the provisional license, just go do the first 2 Grundkurse (8h in total), and with the stamped paper go to the STVA and you have your A1.

No exam needed for A1 if you already hold a valid B-category license.

Happy motoring
