Looking to buy a scooter for an adult

I wasn't sure about which forum to post this in, but I am hoping transportation is right

I am in the market for a scooter for an adult.

I have seen a few with small wheels, but what I am looking for is something designed for regular city commuting.
Proper tyres, large wheels, hand brake, mud guards, etc.

I have found a few places that sell them in Germany, but if possible would prefer to get one in Switzerland.

Any suggestions?

You haven't stated what size engine and which licence category is applicable.

However, for 125cc to 250cc Landi have some good spec. models at keen prices.

Whoops - sorry.
I just realized that my first post is a bit vague.

I am actually looking for a kick scooter.

Something like this (but located in CH);

Did you try "trottroller" and ".ch" in Google?

You'd find - http://www.trottisport.ch/trottinett...rtfreizeit.php

Re: Looking to buy a scooter for an adult

Oschner sport has a scooter for adults that I bought and love (used it for the last two years). Big wheels, folds down fine, kickstand, sturdy.

Before this I had bought a scooter that had a good reputation online from Galaxus and the ball bearings died within 15 minutes (I returned it).

Ah, but I see not exactly what you were looking for.

There's one on sale in sportxx at the moment. Check to see if it's in a store close to you (Filialbestand prüfen) or have it mailed to you for free.

The link doesn't work anymore. What was it called (brand etc.)?

Thanks heaps!
