Re: buses

Depends what Bus stop you take. You may check the names of the bus/train/tram stops and get a very detailed timetable here: http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html

Re: buses

Same site basically as the two suggestions above, but this is the bit you'll need to actually enter the bus-stops before clicking on 'Search Connection'. Make sure you also correct the date and the time you want to travel before you do.

Journey from Geneva to Annency

To other EFers - Ok guys, I'm just feeling in a kind mood. Maybe you didn't know what, for example, 'search connection' meant when you first read some Swiss Transport System English either.

Re: buses

Those sites noted above will give you official swiss timetables and are rather lacking for France, especially the more regular often private commuter coach services.

Best to take the private coach buses which leave from the center of Geneva (near english church, rue mont blanc) with more regularity and direct to Annecy and other places in France.

I believe the most frequent one is http://www.frossard.eu/
