Hi Folks

Just wondered if anybody could inform me if there is a bus that runs from the Badischer Bahnhof to the airport? I start a new job with Jet Aviation on Monday . I know i can get the 50 bus from the central train station. But would be so much quicker and easier if there was one which went from Badischer!!!

Unfortunately the 50 is the only one. However the No. 2 tram only takes 9 mins to get to Bahnhof SBB from Bad. Bahnhof. From there you can catch the No.50 bus.

The train also goes from Bad. Bhf. to Basel SBB Bhf. maybe that's faster than a bus.

Thanks for that info. I will be travelling from riehen on the number 6 tram so guess will be just as quick to stay on that until the central station. I just thought would be quicker to get off at Badischer if a bus was available from there.... Thanks for your help!

Not really, as the no 6 doesn't go to the SBB but only to Heuwaage. (5-10 min from the train station)Also the 6 goes through the center of town whereas the no 2 takes the Wettstein brucke route effectively cutting off about 10 min of travel time.

another option would be to take the 6 till Messeplatz, from there the 14 / 1 till Kannenfeldplatz and then the no 50 from there. Not sure as to how much time that would save though.
