Can someone tell me how the TCS assistance works ? Do I need to be a TCS member and then paid extra for assistance cover or is it included ? Anyone got any of the docs in English ? Thanx

with whom do you have your insurance? I have Zurich Relax for example which included getting towed.

Nah no problems with my machine apart from not being able to find a slope steep enough.

I'm covered by Züritel (part of Zürich insurance). It never even occured to me to check that. My warranty has just expired, and as I do very high km, it makes sense to have some such insurance.
