You're in Basel right? I know transport costs are different in Basel so I can't help you there.

A gleiss 7 card is not valid on trams. It is valid on other networks like S-Bahn after 7pm.

In the Basel region a monthly pass is CHF64- or 640 for the year. Unlimited transport from the Euroairport to Frick one way and Laufen the other. It's got to be the best CHF 64 you'll spend.

Get an Umwelt Abonnement in Basel. You will be able to ride trams, buses and trains around the basel area as much as you want. You can buy annual or monthly tickets.

I have a question about Gleis 7.
I purchased a halb-tax a few weeks ago, and now I am waiting to add the Gleis 7 on (changed my mind), is it possible to still get it for the 99.- price or do i have to purchase it separately for 249.- ??

Gleis 7 combined with 1-year 1/2: Fr249
Gleis 7 if you already have a 1/2: Fr99
1-year Halbtax: Fr150
Fr150+99 = Fr249, so there's no financial gain to be had.

Note that it's only valid on local transport (buses, trams, etc) in towns marked with a dot-inside-a-circle.

What I meant was, I only bought the Halb-tax card, but I changed my mind and I wanted the Gleis 7 as well. I wanted to know if I could still get it for 99.-
