What is Post Auto?

I've moved to Birmensdorf. I realized that the bus there is Post Auto, not the normal ZVV bus. What is the difference between the Post Auto & the normal ZVV bus. With my ZVV ticket, getting a ride on Post Auto is ok.

A Postauto is a yellow bus or coach and is coverd by the ZVV, that is run by the Swiss Post and goes "Dooooh Daaaaaaah Dooooooh"...

Re: What is Post Auto?

They also visit every village and locality in Switzerland, and seem to have right of way over pretty much everything else on the roads. Also, as AbFab says, their horns make a hell of a racket.
