Good Fiat mechanic in Ticino

Figured I should ask now before we need one.

We've got a 1995 Fiat Cinquecento. Presumably getting work done at the dealer will be super-expensive; does anyone have a good mechanic they use in the Lugano area? (One who speaks English would be nice.

)
