I am looking to sell my MT03 motorbike, and have received several enquiries from people resident in surrounding France.

Has anyone gone through the process of exporting a vehicle from Swizterland to France? I am interested to learn about whether the full TVA charge is applied, and how long the process may take?

I have made several searches on the internet, and am planning to contact the douanes direct, but a personal experience often sheds more light on the situation that officials may not mention.
