Last week while driving into Baden, my car was hit by the car behind me while I was stopped at a red light. This is one of the lights that only works during rush hour....There are a few lights like this. They are off during the day but not during rush hour. It was foggy outside but that is no excuse.

The driver of the car behind me admitted right away that she was guilty and that she didn't see the light. She was following too closely before that - and I was quite annoyed. She had two child seats in the car (kids weren't in them).

I have to say that the insurance form is not easy to fill out, even if you speak German!

So please be careful if you are driving into Baden in the morning. The traffic is really bad.....you just have to be patient.

Yes, its that time of year - the fog comes, then the snow comes and not all have changed to winter tires.

hope the dogs were ok.

Thanks for your concern. Fortunately no dogs were in the car. We've got cages for all three of them but I am sure they would not have been prepared for such a jolt. Usually they sleep in the car.
