Delivery service - Van hire

Hi folks,
We run a musical equipment hire service Backline , I often have delivery vans in and around zurich & I make regular journeys to the UK , if anyone needs help moving to and from the UK or help here in switzerland please get in touch.

We are used to dealing with fragile and very expensive instruments so maybe theres something you dont want to trust to the movers....

Hello: Would you be able to pick up a couple of boxes from Lausanne and take them to London? What do you charge? Stella

How big are the boxes - heavy ? and when do they need to go ? If I can get them in with another company delivery then I can charge you virtualy nothing , a few humdred franks maybe not even that , depends on the delivery addres

Thanks for your prompt reply. It's just a general enquiry at the moment. We are about to move within Switzerland, but still keep a place in London and it may well be that there will be boxes of bedding etc. presently in Switzerland but which I would prefer to have in London. Not enough to employ a removal firm, but too much for a suitcase on Easyjet.

I'll contact you again when I know just what it is I'd like moved, but it would be from Lausanne to central London.

Thanks Simon, we often need things bringing over, not enough to warrant one of our own vans. I'll be in touch next time we need transport

Hi Folks ,
We also make daily journeys fro the East end (StGallen) towards zurich and beyond , mostly we deliver and set up band equipment , move Piano's and the like but theres 2 brits here willing to do almost anything "shift it".

Hello, I saw that you guys had a van going back to the uk on the 17th (this was on another thread )- I am looking for something towards the end of July - from the 26th to the 30th. If you have anything going back at this time please let me know. I live in Bern and will be moving to the Peterborough area ( Oundle ) How big are the vans? I think we will need about 12m3 - many thanks
