You've been here for over 2 years and haven't got to grips with the language enough to navigate their website, and hit the G button to someone who tells you it has an English button..... nice, good way to get help.

Re: mobility.ch

Jeanette + I have no idea why you groaned at me , you are on an english website writing in english and the mobility.ch website is in ENGLISH!

I know you said you had a look at the website and said you were not really sure how it worked. - I can read.

Did you actually TAKE THE TIME to click around on the website and READ?

I have no idea how the MOBILITY system works but after looking on their ENGLISH website for 5 minutes I figured it out. I sure hope you can too.

Mobility - Subscriptions for private customers
Mobility - How does it work?

Now take back that groan please.

Zwissmiss's link will explain everything on how it works.

Rule of thumb for mobility.ch is you pay for what you drive, after you sign up and pay monthly a member. Whether its cheaper than normal car rental will really depend on what you want to do with your day and how often you plan to rent a car. Do the math.

You pay a membership fee to join. Then you pay each time you use the service. The cost is per hour plus a per km charge. It's great for short trips, but not for longer ones. You also get a discount at Avis and Budget if you want to rent a car (both in and out of Switzerland....I think this option is worth the membership itself as the savings is quite high). You can also do a trial membership if you have a Cumulus card from Migros (I think it's for 4 months).

Jeanette,
I still do not deserve a groan just because you were TOO LAZY to read the website the first time you looked at it .

Take the groan back please.

@Summerrain - My cherry has already been popped - this was not my first unmerited groan, the kind user took it back after they realized that they were being UNFAIR .

Search the page for "Remove your Groan" - it appears to be still there. Edit: that's better

And I don't think you're lazy, just not good with websites
