Renting adult carseat?

Hi,

Does anyone know whether it's possible to rent a normal carseat(for adults) here? I need 2 extra ones for my visitors, I have a VW Sharan. I tried our garage but they didn't know anything about it, has anyone heard of such a thing?

you mean you want an extra row of seats to put into your VW for a short time?

Ask a car rental agency. Try www.unirent.ch and ask them for advice (if you're in ZH. Otherwise ask any car rental agency). I know they have VW's in their fleet.

Then leaved the bill lying around for your visitors to see

That's right, Ideally I would like to rent two single ones (6th&7th!) for the third row ...there will be 4 kid's carseats in the car! with all kids being under 4 years;-))

Thanks for the link, couldn't find anything on line but will call them. I know most Car rental agencies rent out 'kinder autositz' but not sure about the actual seat, but will look into it. thanks again
