Possible to lease car from Germany?

With the euro falling, I'd love to pick up my dream car in Germany or France. But I didn't want to buy, want to lease. Does anyone know firsthand if it's possible to lease a car in FR or DE if I live in Switzerland? I know this would not be allowed in the USA.
