In need of someone willing to transport from LA to Zurich 5lb puppy

I know this is a long shot but just putting it out there in the internet universe to see what happens....

We lost our smallest dog (5lbs) in January this year due to a heart condition. We now are looking for a companion for our other little dog and have found a little cutie in the city we are from, LA. So, if anyone is going for a visit, or are moving to Zurich within the next month, and feels that it would be no problem to bring her back with as extra carry-on, let us know. We will pay for all related expenses. (extra luggage fee and fee at Zurich airport customs)

Thanks!

Darryl

Cute pup. Sorry, I can't help.

All I can suggest is a pet shipper but now coming into the summer months you may have to worry about the temperature.

NO worries... I knew it would be a long shot finding someone on this forum.

I have been intouch with the rescue group that I volunteered for when I was in LA. If the puppy is still available, they have told me that they will watch her until I find someone to transport her in cabin, or when I travel to LA in a couple of months. They will also take care of the Spaying, shots etc... It just amazes me how much they charge here to spay and neuter. In LA, you can get a dog/cat spayed or neutered for under $100.00, and this is done by well respected vets whom feel the need to help out with the over population of unwanted pets.

Have a nice weekend Mrs Doolittle....

That's excellent news....2 months is not too long to wait and knowing she is in good hands should put your mind at ease.
Yes, spaying here is indeed expensive compared to the US. All our dogs were spayed in Japan and the prices varied from 300 to 500 chf but the least expensive surgery was done by a Japanese vet who had worked in the US.

You as well. No dog walking for me today. We have the raincoats but I can't get any of the lot to budge. They looked outside and went back to bed.
