Gruezi esteemed Switzerland experts!

Am stopping for a few days along a driving trip from Zurich to Innsbruck in August. Wanted to stop two days along the way (or about an hour or two out of the way) & hike. Thinking a hike outside of Davos sounds perfect.
Wanted to get feedback - advice - that night (& the night before) - am I better off staying in Davos or Klosters?

Factors I would appreciate advice on are:
1) a recommended good place to stay overnight (anyone have any favorite lodging in Klosters or Davos?)...
2)Which town is recommended in terms of less tourists, better ease of travel to & from, any other factors you can think of!

go to www.davos.ch there you will find all the info you need plus special deals on hotels and other stuff.
if you do stay there you will get a card that allows you to use the buses for free.
as for hiking...great place to be. for absolut beginners to advaced hikers. something for everybody.
great restaurants, nice city, super mountains, nice pool with spa, lake with beach pool. they also have a summer program where they offer free tours and other things every day.
klosters is a smaller town just down the mountain from davos. different flair. you have more options if you stay in davos.
as for hotels...that all depends how much you want to spend but the webside will help you find something that suits you.

I'd say that Klosters is prettier than Davos - especially when there is no snow but it is very easy to get from on to the other - the guest card gets you on the free bus between the 2

The outdoor pool in Klosters is heated (also free with guest card) which given the mountain water is something to think about if you do want to go swimming!
