train and tram

I was wondering if any one can tell me at what age children need to pay to travel on the trains and the tram. I have a 6 and 3 year old. Any help gratefully recieved.

Re: train and tram

Children under 6 go free and between 6 - 16 they are half fare.

For only 20 CHF you can get a Junior Card (valid 1 year) which means the 6 year old can travels free in your company.

Re: train and tram

Well if this is not a basic question what else is it?

Forgive me for being overly sensitive but when ones post is trashed after having actually done the search function and going on google, amazon.com etc. to look for answers and then asking for help,it kinda hurts.Admin?

Re: train and tram

Thanks for the help, we went to the station and got an annual pass for my 6 year old. Sorry if the question was a bit basic.
