Last Sunday and tonight, the popular Amazing race reality show on CBS is in Switzerland. The teams raced from Austria to Liechstentein and ended the leg in Zermatt. Tonight it starts from Zermatt. It is viewable on the CBS website for a short period.

I'm a bit behind the times, but have just watched this episode. It's a fantastic series and really cool to see them spend quite a bit of time in Zermatt.
That chocolate gnome looked very tasty, and the helicopter ride before performing the glacier rescue looked fun.
The best part was the end of the previous episode where one team chose to eat the fondue. That was it. Just "eat a fondue". It took them nearly an hour (it looked like a very large portion!) and I kept laughing as after the first 5 minutes they were hating every mouthful. They still beat the other teams who did the "hotel delivery" task though - basically taking suitcases from the station in those electric taxis to/from hotels to drop them off.
I really like this show, but one thing that bothers me is that they get eliminated at each round.
It would really be much better if they kept a running score until the end. One week your favorite team could be #1 but then their nemesis beats them next week, etc.
