Anyone headed out to St.Stephan airfield Saturday? Not a major airshow, but a great venue to get up close to Hunters and Vampires jetting around the Berner Oberland scenery. Weather is looking great too.

A boring picture, but what a beautiful airfield on one of the most stunning days of the year. The stripey airplane is a twin seat Hunter Mk.68 operated by the Fliegermuseum Altenrhein, the color scheme is fake, but represents one that was painted on a single seater operated by squadron 11 back in the 1970s.

Was good day out, if a little warm. Nice to meet you.
