Spa/Bath House in Lugano?

A friend and I are looking for a spa/public bath house in or near Lugano that doesn't require a membership and isn't too expensive. A-Club (http://www.a-club.ch/ThaermariumHome.aspx) was pretty much the only thing we came up with, but we aren't sure whether or not we would need a membership.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
