Need some worthwhile ideas for a guided tour for a small group ( Canton Zürich )

A group of 12 students ( taking their B1 exams and from migrant backgrounds - African and Asian continents ) are keen on visiting a factory as part of their day trip, within Canton Zürich between end November to 5th December. This will be led by their teacher, who has asked me to give some ideas and I thought forum members can provide better ideas than what is currently on the table.

Departing from Winterthur, the idea is to keep travel costs to a bare minimum.

Some have expressed their interest in having a guided tour of:

a) Newspaper production ( TA Media for example )
b) SBB Railway - not sure if one exists for adults, although I know once exists for children ( SBB Schulzug )
c) Glass making ( i know none in Zürich )

Perhaps you might able to come up with something better, out of your own experience. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure my partner went on a Maestrani tour in Winterthur. I will ask her and get back.

I would appreciate it if you can confirm that there is one in Winti. In the mean time, I found that Swiss Post also does tours ( Zürich-Mülligen facility ).

No sorry. She went to the schoggi tour in Flawil.
She then went for dinner in Winterthur Rote Turm. My confusion.

Here are some other ideas:

Technorama
Zoo
Watch Museum (http://www.beyer-ch.com/en/museum/po...l-classes.html)

Do NOT go there!!
I went there on Wolli's suggestion..and it was garbage. It is hardly open..and is basically a garage with a few trams in it.
