Sudden panic - we've booked a hotel in Sils Maria the last weekend in January, to do the Glacier Express from there back to Zermatt. As it's only 9km I figured we could easily get a taxi or a bus from St Moritz and then back in the morning, but now I'm wondering how easy that's going to be in the snow. Anyone done this? Was booking in Sils Maria a mistake?

Many thanks Prof. What was going through my head was that roads might be closed due to snow, but of course I forgot, this is Switzerland, not the UK, and things work in the snow here!!
