Cycling in the alps

Hey bikers

This April I am planning to go for a cycle tour of the alpine region. Has anyone had any experience riding this route? I understand weather in April will be highly unpredictable but I am hoping it would not be rainy atleast most of the journey. Also if you have following map from you, would you like to sell it?

I will go from Aigle to St. Margrethen, which has lesser steeper climbes.

Thanks a lot

I see that Section 3 Glarus–Flüelen goes over the Klausenpass, elevation 1,948 meters. I wonder whether it is likely to be passable in April

Re: Cycling in the alps

The Klausen Pass will be closed in April. It's certainly possible to bike year round in Switzerland but you're limited to the lower elevations during the winter months.
