Looking for a short chocolate workshop or class, any suggestions

Bluefish...what are you interested in learning? Chocolate is a large subject, so it would be helpful to find out your objectives...

A: So are you still working at the origami paper factory?
B: No, it folded
A: And the job at the bra factory?
B: They went bust
A: Have you tried the glue factory?
B: Yeah, they're insolvent
A: And what about the chocolate workshop?
B: That went into meltdown...
