A friend of mine bought TGV fast train tickets to visit me from Paris for this week end, but I have unexpected work obligation and I cannot be there.

Would anyone be interested in the tickets?

Train leaves Paris Friday Feb 29 at 18, arrives in Zürich at 22h.
Back from Zurich on Sunday, March 3 at 18, arrives in Paris at 22h30

We really don't know what to do with those tickets, and she won't appreciate Zürich on her own during a rainy week-end

This is not meant to sound sarcastic, but couldn't she take them to the station and get the tickets reissued to a different date? Could be worth a try.

No pbl, it is just that the tickets are not refundable and one cannot change the date either - was the cheapest option but we were unlucky on that one.

There's lots to see and do and eat in Zurich.

The problem seems to me, that it will be hard to find someone who would buy the tickets of you seeing that it's a ticket from paris to zurich and back and not the other way around.....
So the person buying it would have to know someone from France who can drop what they are doing rather quickly in order to come here for the weekend.
My advice, post your message on some french sites, you might be more lucky there....

My sister lives in Paris and I know she's been wanting to come visit. I'll send her an email and ask her. I think she's got evening class for a few more weeks though so I'm not sure if she can leave on a Friday that late. How much are the tickets?

How much are you selling them for?

Bought them 150 euro, which is a good price if you are above 25, but given circonstances, we can discuss.
Tickets are in Paris, and my friend can deliver them in the station no pbl.
