Hello!

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive but clean/nice B& B or room to rent for one night's accommodation this March 17-18th? I will be visiting Zurich and have run out of ideas on google!

Without more info on your budget or locations, well, Trip Advisor is a safe bet.

I can recommend Hotel Engimatt in Enge, approx 190 CHF per night, or a hotel named St. Georges which is about a 10 minute walk from Zurich Main Station, owned by the aunt of a friend and will be less expensive.

is the weblink for a great bed and breakfast which is right in the centre of town - just off the Bahnhofstrasse and only 2 mins from the main station.

I lurrve tripadvisor. It always comes up trumps for me. Find a hotel on a discount site such as expedia , hotels.com or similar then read the reviews on tripadvisor. They tell you all the things you need to know, like don't eat in the hotel restaurant as there is a far superior establishment right next door. tripadvisor is one of the few websites that are really useful. Priceless. ( unlike Mastercard which is just expensive).
