I believe there is a race meet at Frauenfeld on 15th June. Would anyone be able to confirm that this is correct and also if it is possible just to turn up and buy tickets at the gate? Finally, any idea when the first race begins? Thanks for any info!

yes - there are horse races in Frauenfeld on Sunday. Here is the link to the schedule:

You can buy tickets at the gate, either standing tickets or seats on the "tribune".
