Anyone who wants to go out for a ride in Valais, Vaud, Fribourg or that kind of area with other English speakers one weekend next month (August 2k8) PM me.. The more the merrier but no hotrod idiots please, but I don't mind riding with newbies with an L on the back, I used to be one earlier this summer! Just make sure you can control your bike, I don't want to be involved in a pile up!

I'm thinking of spending the whole day exploring the countryside on two wheels, stopping for a picnic in the middle somewhere and picking up where we left off.. Last time I did this (Sunday last week) I covered 400km.. I think that's about right.. Riding on the back roads and 3 breaks and 2 tanks of petrol, backache not withstanding I'm happy to go further, but it's supposed to be fun, not an endurance course..
