Valais/Vaud Alps - end of May

Dear All,

I'm planning a family holiday (me + other half, my parents, and my sister + other half) for the last week of May.We are going to be based (probably Villars) in the Vaud Alps.

Any suggestions for must-see sights/hiking trails/activities in CH?

I've got a few ideas (Jungfraujoch, Zermatt/Matterhorn, ...), but a heads-up to any other gems would be really appreciated.

Cheers,
Sam.

Rochers de Naye is a lot easier to get to from this region than is Jungfraujoch. The train ride up from Montreux is pretty special and the view is awesome on a very clear day. Here is the panorama that I took when up there last August.
