Hi all!

Just wonder whether any dance school(s) in zurich would offer wedding/ ballroom dance classes (group/ private)? English speaking teachers would be great if possible....any idea how much would cost approximately...?

migros klubschule in oerlikon. When we went (2 hrs on 2 saturdays) there was an English guy taking the lessons. Very understandable (to me - probably not to anyone who couldn't speak english though!) "steppen sie to the rechts, then to the links....."highly hilarious though. We learnt enough to get through our first dance.

They also do other (more sophisticated) courses during the week, but if you just want an introduction do the wedding course. BUT they do slow down the songs, so if you then go and try it at home to the same tune you'll end up in a heap on the floor!
