For all those who love the smell of racing oil in the morning, this Sunday (23rd), they are running a historic revival of the old Swiss Grand Prix in Bremgarten, just west of Bern. I'll be going, as it looks like they'll have a terrific selection of old Ferraris, Bugattis, Astons, Jaguars, etc, and a few classic motorbikes, Nortons, Velocettes, all roaring around the old track (in fact the roads that were built along the route of the old track. The event lasts all day, from early in the morning.

Can't wait!

This looks like an event my husband would love to attend. I clicked on the link, but the only ticket info I found was in German. Do you think it's necessary to buy tickets if we plan to attend the event on Sunday only (as opposed to the whole week, which is the validity of each ticket)?

You can buy your tickets on the day for example at the Westside shopping centre, or at the Frauenkeppelen.
