A few of my friends would be here Thursday onwards next week until the end of the week.

I was thinking of something like Interlaken or Jungfraujoch though I am not sure how the weather would be at this time of the year; any other suggestions are welcome too.

Note that all of us are in our early to mid 20s.

Can you give more info on what sort of things you like to do and where you have already been?

If you wanting a nice day trip, with no hassles, then a train ride to the Rhine Falls makes a good outing. If you do a small "dog-leg" by taking the train from Schlosslaufen (the tiny station underneath the castle at Rhine Falls - you walk on the bridge over the Rhine just above the falls to get to it) to Schaffhausen, and then do your return to Zurich. Schaffhausen old town of cobbled streets, street musicians, interesting shops and pavement cafes is something most visitors appreciate a wander thru.

I haven't been around much myself but then I am going to be working and living in Switzerland for at least a year or 2 so I should have enough time to do things slowly.

So, what I am looking for nice day trips (with not too much hassle) for my friends to experience some of Switzerland; something like what smoky suggested.

As for your suggestion about searching which is a valid one, I couldn't find many threads for this particular time of the year.

Around the Interlaken area: Brienz Rothorn, Beatus Caves, Ballenberg.

Plenty of Adventure sports if that interests you.
