Bernaqua Waterpark -- have you experienced it?

I am wondering what the Bernaqua park is like for little ones? The website says there are 18 pools both indoor/outdoor and a children's pool too. Would you take a child under a year there?

Also, what are the locker rooms like --- as in are there hair dryers available for the women? We have not been to any bathes or water parks yet so I do not know if a hair dryer is common. I wouldn't care so much in the summer but for now I really don't want my head to freeze.

Thanks for any info on your experience at Bernaqua!
