Having bought some Satellite bits from a Swiss supplier, they now sometimes send me promtional flyers. In their latest, they are advertising limited stocks of Sky UK Freesat/Foxsat satellite receiver boxes for Fr. 229.00. Just add a 90cm dish and this gets you BBC HD, ITV HD and all other SD Freesat channels from Astra 2, without a card or subscription.

Note that beyond being a satisfied customer, I have no connection to this firm.

I have bought a few items off them and I can recommend the company too.

Although their opening times are very Swiss, not open on Saturdays and closed for lunch. Luckily they now stay open till 6.30pm - nice!

I agree; have had Freesat for about a year now. But funny thing, can no longer get CBeebies. It says "channel not available or scrambled."

Does anyone know what might be going on?

Was this a recent problem? The frequencies change from time to time, http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/info/...quencies.shtml, so worth searching for channels again if you have not done that yet.

We have Free Sat and had no issues with that channel. Maybe need to force a manual re-tune. However this channel does go off the air in the evening from 20:00 till 7am ? (Local Swiss time)

Also check your signal streangth.
