GGA-Maur Triple Play: reviews ?

Hi all,

I'm planning to move out from S***s**m as my Fixline/TV/Internet provides (currently with infinity) as max. speed I can get is only 8Mb/s, which not allow me to watch HD channels.

I'm thinking to go for GGA-Maur Triple Play , with Fiber optics (it is installed in my apt.).

Anyone is using GGA-Maur ?
Could you please share your experience/reviews so far ?

TIA
Ollie

Not me but I dug up a few threads:

SwissCom vs. GGA Maur

Internet access in Küsnacht

There's more but nothing on triple play ( I think ).

Re: GGA-Maur Triple Play: reviews ?

I never used the Triple Play, but have been with GGA Maur for a long time and loved it. The only reason I changed was a move outside of the region, so I had to go back to Cablecom.

I never experienced any trouble with their services (had internet and TV), and the few times I had contact with customer care for changes or questions about services, I was helped rapidly and with efficiency.

In fact, I keep checking their website regularly to see if perhaps they extended to where I live now.

Re: GGA-Maur Triple Play: reviews ?

Ok, so we have had the Triple-Play deal for about two years and I am still as impressed as on day 1. Seriously, the web is blazing fast and speeds do not ever seem to drop during peak times (=fiber). We do not subscribe to their HD programming, but there are plenty of decent (international) channels in their standard lineup. Lastly, the phone is nice to have but we barely use it at all...

You really can't beat it. Let me know if you are going to pursue GGA Maur and I will be glad to let you know my name...

Good luck with moving!

Re: GGA-Maur Triple Play: reviews ?

Thanks Mordae,

The problem for me is that Cablecom is not exists in my building.
So it was only Swisscom, until EWZ installed the fiber in the building.
Now I have a chance to go away from Swisscom (yayyyy..)

Thanks a lot !!

Yes, especially if we compare their price with Swisscom, seem it is really a good deal.
The things is, I've had enough with Swisscom, at the beginning the promised that in the near future they'll improve the speed, but until now, big zero!!
hhmm, I think it should go to complaints corners..

And about Member get Member thing, I've promised a friend that I'll mention his

Cheers,
Ollie
