So far it's been an absolute pleasure using this phone, it has all the goodies one needs nowadays in a smartphone. Ok, the only down side is that it doen't have built in WI-FI, however in a couple of weeks time you will now be able to purchase a
Mini SD WiFi card for all compatible devices....
One of the handiest tools I've got on it is the SBB (Hafas) Swiss trains timetable. A mini database that allows you to search for any of the many train stations in Switzerland, giving you all current connections.
I'm now looking to get hold of the Zurich Trams timetable (ZVV) but it's proving to be a little more difficult than I thought. Anyone have it or something like it perhaps? If you're looking for the above mentioned SBB timetable it’s available for free download at - http://updates.sbb.ch/sbb/update.exe/HAFASWIN-SBB-X07-CE+0+ENG I thought I'd start this thread to perhaps get a little 'Smartphone Swiss apps' swap going. If anyone out there has an interesting bit of software to share (preferably something that will come in handy here in Switzerland - like the ZVV trams timetables) then post a small description of it and where to find it on the net and then we can all benifit.....
