ok- mobile sim not registering- help please

Hi, we have a ok-mobile android phone for my daughter and unfortunately she lost the sim card, we have since bought another ok sim card for her but phone keeps saying your sim card does not allow a connection to this network.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks
