Hi all,

Hopefully you can give me some advice. I had a prepaid Sunrise sim and I have subscribed to an Orange monthly subscription but I wanted to keep my number. I have received the phone and the Orange sim, I have called Sunrise to tell them that I am transfering to Orange but the problem is my number has not transfered yet.
Does anybody know how long does it usually take to transfer the number from one network to another?

I am in the process of transferring my lebara number to orange, I was told by lebara staff the transfer will take 10 days. I can still use the remaining credits on lebara during these 10 days.

Why is everyone here choosing Orange? They're by far the worst provider in Switzerland - both in terms of network coverage and customer service. *failtounderstand*

I'm starting to think that this has to do with their company name - it seams to appeal to a lot of expats.
