just a word of warning, be careful to have a contract with naxoo, the address check on their site is deceptive e.g. it puts the responsibility of having a valid cable connection on you.
I bought naxoo box from FUST just to discover that my building does not have cable connection that they need (on their site address check okey the connection)
so I will need to subscribe to cablecom in order to watch naxoo and pay additional charges.
I wrote to naxoo, and they told me that not having a valid cable is not sufficient to cancel the contract, in other words whether i get naxoo service or not, those GENTS expect me to pay for it.
And TCS Assista will not help since they dont help in resolving abonement issue (although they do support achat/vente and location ?? )
Luckily I will be leaving geneva in abt 2 months so could cancel on that pretext, I would have loved to drag them to court had my TCS cover worked.
