I`ve downloaded 2 website templates but cannot get them up and running. I would be grateful if someone with the necessary know-how could contact me and we can get in touch.

I need someone who genuinely know what they are doing. No spoofers.

Would be also great if you let the rest of the world know for what program these templates are for?
Generic html site or a web shop, joomla, wordpress and so on...

Some templates I have seen are just psd files and you have to extract from them what you want, quite time consuming at the end
