For those of you who travel a lot to the EU it seems that a Bern based company has introduced a new SIM card for roaming with supposedly much lower rates than the three major carriers.

Yes, there are special packages that each of the carriers offers but you might want to compare this to what you are currently paying to see if it might make sense for you. I don't know much about the service other that the article in 24Heures.
