Hi all!

I was wondering if someone could please help me out with my prepaid Coop Mobile deal:

From what I gather (as I understand French), there is no monthly fee, 3000 free minutes to call on the Orange network, 30 cents/min to call on other networks or fixed lines, and 10 cents/SMS.

What about incoming calls and texts? I figured that those were free, but I can't find anything online stating so.

I called their hotline at 0800 780 782 but it's just in German! Even the French website asks customers to use this number.

Can anyone please clarify the cost of incoming calls, or translate the hotline's various options so that I can speak to an agent?

No one in Europe charges for incoming calls or texts in your home country, as far as I know. Incoming calls are charged only in roaming but incoming texts are still free.
