Few days back I returned back from switzerland to India.
The sunrise prepaid number:076-XXXX-XXX got blocked here due to wrong supply of PIN.
Even I don't have the PUK for unlocking the SIM.

Please tell me if there is any easiest way to get support from Sunrise people thru online for SIM unlock.

I got mine ( the PUK code), even if I did not need it, through Sunrise online, Mein Konto:

But mine is different case,
I lost my PIN number and entered it wrongly. Dont have the PUK to unlock.

Please give me the exact and complete path where I can see the attached image to fetch the PUK for my Sunrise number.

At the moment I have only the SIM number and Sunrise Mobile number.

aaaahhhhhhh NO,

why dont you get off your ass, and go to a sunrise shop and do a little help for yourself instead of expecting others to do it for you.

He is in India......

then he can phone sunrise or look on the website - there are clear links.

its quite sad that people cant be bothered to help themselves and instead expect others to do so.

and what would happen if anyone could login to sunrise and get the pin's and puk's for prepaid sim's if they only knew the phone number??

come on, get real, without visiting a shop with ID or being able to prove who you are over the phone you're outta luck.

Really two choices.
1) Easiest, login to your Sunrise account, where you can retrieve the PUK.
2) If you haven't activated your Sunrise account, you will have to call Sunrise. They will verify your identity by asking you a few questions and you should be able to retrieve your PUK that way.
