I have Blog, Twitter, Facebook.

How I separate each thing?

In my blog, I write about general, but more IT related stuff, longer texts, opinions, tutorials and explanations on how to do stuff.

The twitter & facebook, dispete looking similar, I used them in diferent matters. Facebook is more for my friends, while Twitter is more on the Work/Wish i Knew/related topics / IT etc , i say its more professional.

I see a future in blogging, it has a different purpose than micro-blogging(twitter/facebook)

I have a blog. I write posts regularly every week - I think regularity is important otherwise the tendency is to stop writing it altogether.

My blog is about my experiences here in Switzerland, kind of like a travel blog too.

Thanks... yes, I always have a camera with me when I go hiking. Dozens of bad photos for every good one though .

Yes, and I've been a regular blogger for quite a while. www.theartofslowtravel.com. I write about slow travel, of course, but it's as much about photography as it is about telling stories.

Nice!
I use to write about the same But it was not in English.
Now I'm thinking about starting blog in English with my pics and travel stories.
Actually I asked this question to know is it still popular or not. Because many people just post everything about they life to Facebook. It don't think is cool cause Facebook is not the same as blogging.
I have some pips at bloogspot. I read them time to time. I think this is most popular blogging engine, but I'm not sure.
My previuos blog was in LiveJournal

I have started the Newly Swissed Blog a couple of years ago as a way of recording all the things which appeared "new" here in Switzerland:

The blog has grown into a nice community and I can only recommend blogging or contributing to blogs!
